File Transfers

Before uploading files to our FTP site, it is helpful to compress the files using Stuff-It (mac) or WinZip (PC). For graphic files, it is also helpful to fill out the Graphics Information Form and fax a hard copy of it to your contact. Finally, once you have uploaded your files to our FTP site, please be sure to email your contact person letting them know you have uploaded the files so they can retrieve them. In addition, it is always helpful to provide PDF soft proofs for they serve as a visual guide for us on what we should look for.
